Hi All:
Since there was confusion created by the application form having the deadline as Wednesday, 11/10/2025 instead of the correct day of the Week which was Monday, 11/10/2025, we are extending the submission deadline until Wednesday, 11/12/2025 at 5pm. I apologize for this error. If you have already sent your plat and form, you are fine.

Please contact me if you have any questions.
Thank you:
Dr. Purcell
