License Renewal Update - GA PELS Board https://www.samsog.org/forums/posts.aspx?topic=1804690 Fri, 17 Jul 2026 09:06:50 GMT Wed, 15 Jan 2025 17:45:32 GMT Copyright © 2025 Surveying and Mapping Society of Georgia License Renewal Update - GA PELS Board https://www.samsog.org/forums/posts.aspx?topic=1804690 https://www.samsog.org/forums/posts.aspx?topic=1804690 The Georgia PELS Board has been working diligently during the last couple of months to get all Professional Land Surveyor and Engineer licenses renewed by the end of the year (2024).  The board manages renewals for 26,366 professional land surveyors and engineers.   Of those licenses, 85% (22,445) of licensees have successfully renewed their licenses utilizing our new licensing system.   176 land surveyors have not renewed their licenses. 

Reminder email notices have been emailed to the email addresses on file for every registrant multiple times during the licensing renewal process.  For those of you that have successfully renewed, we appreciate your patience as we navigate using our new renewal system - Evoke.  If you have not renewed your license yet, you have a reprieve until January 31, 2025,since we have had some hiccups with our new system.   Please visit the link below to renew your license as soon as possible.   If you have not seen renewal notices in your email, perhaps they are going to your spam filters or you have changed your email address and did not notify the board.
