<title>Surveying Military Base</title>

<description><![CDATA[When surveying a military base, such as a National Guard base, does the surveyor need to be licensed in the state that the base is in? Someone mentioned to me that engineers do not need to be licensed in the same state as the base. Anyone have experience with this? ]]></description>

However, Engineers and Surveyors employed by the federal government are not legally required to be licensed by the state. <br /><br />]]></description>
