B. Dolvin on July 30, 1979, LL's 224, 225, 234, 235 & 247, First LD, recorded in PB 15/161 in Newton Co.

I can't read several bearings and distances on the plat that are critical to figuring out two small parcels shown.

I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance!!
