Does Anyone have a copy of this old plat. It is in the City of Atlanta, LL 209, 15th Dist., Dekalb County, just east of Moreland Ave., along Marion Place which runs north from Caroline St. to La France St.

Mark, Given the odd name, this plat would probably have caught the attention of any title attorney or abstractor who has worked regularly in the DeKalb courthouse and they would know something about it. Please list the parties to the deed, the date the deed was recorded, and the book and page where the deed is recorded. I will look for the plat the next time I am in the DeKalb County courthouse and let you know if I find it.
