Our Atlanta office is seeking a part-time temporary Party Chief/Survey Tech to perform a variety of in-office and field tasks associated with land surveying, civil engineering and other engineering projects obtained by the company.  Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work of one or more survey parties engaged in surveying earth's surface to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mapmaking, land division, titles, mining or other purposes.

Candidates should have a BS in Land Surveying and four years of surveying experience or high school graduate with a minimum of 10 years of surveying experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Working knowledge of Total Stations and GPS is also required, as well as experience using AutoCAD, Microstation and CAICE.  Candidates must also be local residents.
