Lane S. Bishop has been a RLS, in GA, since 1968. He is also registered in North Carolina, Tenn., Alabama and South Carolina. He has been in active practice in GA, TN, And N. Carolina for 41 years. J. Craig Brewer, RLS has been a member of SAMSOG since 2004 and is currently a State SAMSOG Director and President of the Coastal Chapter. Craig is the Director of Surveying at KRI Engineering, Inc. in Savannah and has a BBA in Management from BrewtonParkerCollege. Craig is licensed as a Land Surveyor in the states of

and South Carolina and resides in Pooler with his wife and three children.

Joey Brock joined SAMSOG in 2000 and has served as president and currently now Chapter Representative of our newest chapter > Wiregrass Chapter. Joey has 15 years of professional and practical experience in land surveying and civil engineering and studied Surveying and Mapping, at Southern Polytechnic State University. He is a member of the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.

Joey owns Joey Brock Land Surveying, LLC, located in Cairo, and also enjoys camping, fishing and hunting.

Tommie Donaldson, RLS has been a member of SAMSOG since 1969 and served as an Officer, Director, and on various Committees. He served as President from 1981 – 1982 and is currently the Central Chapter Representative.

Tommie is retired from Donaldson, Garrett & Associates, Inc. and has an Associates degree from Southern Technical Institute. For 12 years he was a member of the Georgia Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.

Currently residing in Macon with his wife, Tommie has 4 beautiful grandchildren and enjoys hunting and fishing.

Dwight Kilby joined SAMSOG as an associate member in 1970, obtaining full membership in 1978 when he became a registered Surveyor. He is a charter member of the Appalachian Chapter and his SAMSOG membership spans 39 successive years. Dwight is in private practice and president of The Kilby Group Surveyors.

He has over thirty year’s Professional practice, in Property Boundary and Subdivision surveying, Site Design, Erosion and Sediment Control. His experience includes Roadway and Drainage surveying. He also provides storm water consultations and monitoring for construction sites. He is a Certified Design Professional and Trainer.
